I am an experienced strategic international business consultant and an entrepreneur. I have a legal background and an MBA in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. I build strategies for companies that conduct business abroad in terms of business development, intellectual property, compliance, sales, risk for money laundering and FCPA violations. I have expertise on managing, drafting, and negotiating international contracts and distribution agreements.

My international Law experience includes some of the most prominent law firms in the US, including Holland & Hart and Davis Miles McGuire & Gardner.

I studied abroad in Switzerland, Russia, Chile, and Peru and lived in Costa Rica. I have proficiency in business targeting the Latino community in the US. I have been listed in the 40 under 40 and the 30 most outstanding people in Mexico in recognition for my work with the immigrant community in the US.
